The Earth Is an exceptional mass of matter, that morphs and reinvents itself time and time again, we exist only on its thin surface, beneath us is a dense history of events and creatures. Humans too often dismiss the geologic past as a distant prehistory, we take for granted the preserved library beneath our feet.

Rock possesses the ability to warp time, each piece a time capsule containing, focalized creatures, continental events, environmental, conditions, and carbon records. If we pay attention to the rich history beneath us, we will see that the Earth's past, is not just a distant prehistory, the past shapes the present and will remind us we too exist within geological time and will one day become a moment in a bygone past.
